Please read over the letter carefully as it will explain additional health and safety measures and what schools will be doing around testing for COVID-19 in buildings, NYC testing sites, home test kits available, and quarantine rules.

On behalf of the NYC Department of Health and Department of Education we are sharing this notice with you at this time regarding COVID-19 vaccination as well as Flu vaccination of students in New York City.

Please note that with schools closed for Winter Recess we will still need a way to record student positive cases of COVID. Use the link sent from Mrs. Turano on pupil path to record any cases as staff will not be present in the building until January 3, 2022 and this is the only way we can receive the information in one location to notify the Department of Education.
