1. Remember to notify the school of any positive COVID-19 test results, whether from in-school PCR testing, at-home rapid testing, or other outside medical facility testing. Parents should not send their students to school that test positive for COVID-19.
2. If a patient does not receive results within 72 hours, please:
Have parent/guardian contact the provider according to the directions listed in the backpack letter; staff can also follow these steps in the event they do not receive their own test results within 72 hours.
3. Ensure ATS student records are updated with correct contact info for parents. If your information has changed please inform the school as soon as possible.
