Attached is a letter being forwarded by the Executive Superintendent of all District 31 Staten Island Schools, Mr. Anthony Lodico regarding recent events in our nation and community.

To ensure that our students can continue to engage and receive the academic supports they need to be ready for returning to school in the fall. We are writing to you today with an update on the summer calendar.

PMIS, a new health condition appearing in children in New York City and elsewhere, and which may be associated with COVID-19 in children.

We created a downloadable E-magazine The New Normal: A Guide to Family Life at Home, filled with information such as virtual field trips, story times, concerts and more for navigating these unprecedented times.

Now parents can go to the DOE directly for support with tech issues.
