You will receive a form for EACH of your child's teachers, through Operoo and you will be given the option to choose an appointment time that works best for you.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TIME SLOT FOR EACH TEACHER/STAFF and keep a record of your appointment date and times. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your date and time you wish a Teacher or Staff member to reach out to you. Teachers will contact you at your scheduled time using a blocked phone number, so please be aware of an unfamiliar number that will appear. Due to our large student population, conferences cannot exceed more than 3-5 minutes per teacher.

The deadline for your High School application submission is March 11, 2022. All students are asked to complete application even if you are moving or know you are attending private schools. You will have an opportunity to “opt-out” of your public school choice at a later date.

We hope you are well and are looking forward to the Mid-Winter Recess next week where schools will be closed in new York City from Monday, February 21- Friday, February 25.

Our students will be receiving test kits as two separate boxes and one kit in each box. Distribution is happening on different days and will be completed by Friday.
