The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) and the NYC Test + Trace Corps (T2) have determined that a member of our school community has tested positive for COVID-19 and may have exposed others while at school.



Below you will find guidance on next steps that will help keep you, your child, and our school community healthy and safe. The information below reflects the expertise of DOHMH, T2, and the New York City Department of Education (DOE).



This event will create a need for 40% of our building to be tested for COVID-19 during the next weekly random testing.

This summer, unplug and explore STEM! Students entering grades 1-12 can apply now to attend programs with STEM Matters NYC. Get your hands dirty in the garden, encounter amazing animals, or design an art or engineering project. Students entering grades 1-9 in September can apply for one-week camps.

The UAU SYEP team is hosting a Global Youth Service Day Weekend of Service from April 23 to April 25, 2021, featuring both in-person and remote volunteer opportunities, and we are pleased to invite your participation.
