The Community Education Council of District 31 would like to invite you and all our D31 and SID75 families to our upcoming Monthly Business and Calendar Meeting for February. The Business meeting begins at 6:30PM and the Calendar Meeting will follow at 7PM. Our meeting is an opportunity to receive reports from your council members, hear updates on District 31 from our Superintendent, and for you to ask questions about and provide feedback on the District's educational progress. Please see our attached flyer with speakers below and find the meeting agenda and meeting minutes from last month attached. We look forward to seeing you there!

I.S.24 RFA Week February 13-17th. Please view the calendar to see how you can participate.

We are happy to announce that this year's 8th Grade Trip will be to Great Adventure on Friday, June 2, 2023. The permission slip to attend the trip is online only. At the end of the permission slip you will be able to
choose to submit your payment online or to submit cash or money order. Cash or money orders must be sent
in through a student and will be collected during Homeroom.
**You must fill out the online permission slip regardless of the payment method you choose.

We are excited to bring back Warm Up with a Good Book Literacy event from 5:30 - 7:30. All students that attend will receive a homework pass to use in their ELA class. We will have hot chocolate, giveaways and a special guest!
