Missing Immunizations

Dear I.S. 24 Families,

 

This is a notice for any family with a child in our school who is still missing immunizations for participation in school. 

 

If any family received a notice from our school regarding missing mandated immunizations for a student to be enrolled in school, families are reminded proof of immunizations must be provided by October 27, 2022. As per New York State and New York City Department of Education policies a child can be excluded from school until immunizations are completed. 

 

If any child is excluded from school, they will be unable to remain in class and will be sent home and marked absent each day. Please be sure to follow up with your healthcare provider or Pediatrician to be sure your child is properly immunized to attend school.
