Submit Lunch Forms by October 15th

Dear I.S. 24 Families,

 

We have had over 500 families complete the school lunch forms already. Thank you for helping us reach our goal of 100% completion by October 15th. 

 

We need your help! Please use the link below to submit the lunch form for your child(ren) if you have not done so already. It is quick and easy and the results of submitting the form are within 24 hours.

 

Although breakfast and lunch is free in our school these forms are used to provide information which can be used to provide further financial assistance to a school. We appreciate your time to help us in this matter.

 

If you prefer to use a paper application, you may do so by contacting the School Aide office at ext # 2321/2322 and we will provide a paper application.
